My Christmas Gift Guide!!

Hi Guys,

Welcome to the first of my Christmas posts! I'm already ridiculously excited and there is still 29 days to go! Today I'm going to be giving my gift suggestions for anyone who needs help with their gift giving. Obviously, Christmas isn't all about the presents but it's always nice to give someone a gift that you know they will love! That was a super long intro so lets get into the actual post!

£5 or less...

1) Sleek Mini Matte Me 4 set: I have this on my list because this set looks amazing! For anyone who doesn't know, liquid lipsticks are meant to be the next 'thing' (Thanks to Kylie Jenner) so these are perfect for the makeup lover in your life! The only thing I will say is that they have been sold out online and are impossible to find in store. Let's just hope that they get restocked soon!

2)Impulse Body Spray Mini Cracker Gift Set- Rock and Love, Why Not and Very Pink are all included in this adorable set. The best part about it is that it is cu…

Everything, Everything- Nicola Yoon: Book Review!

Hi Guys,

This is the last installment of the original 'Zoella Book Club' reviews. Although, this is not the last you'll see of the series! Last month Zoe released the Autumn books she has chosen so come back on the 10th of December to see my review of 'The twelve days of Dash and Lily'.

I would just like to say that I have absoloutely loved making this series so far. I am a really avid reader so finding material that I wouldn't normally choose myself has been amazing! I think I have been reviewing for long enough now to say that I love it! If you also have a passion for reading, please try writing about books. You might just surprise yourself: like I did! But for now, let's get on with the review!

As always, I will try to keep spoiler to a minimum!
'Everything, Everything' follows the very small life of Madeline Whittier. She has been house bound for the pat 17 years of her life because of a very rare condition called SCID; this hasn't got her spir…

Wonder Woman: UN Ambassador?

Hi Guys,

Today I'm going to be uploading a post that I've wanted to do for a while. A couple of weeks ago - admittedly on Googlebox- I found out that Wonder Woman had been made the UN's honorary ambassador for women's empowerment!

I just want to start of by saying that I am a huge DC fan! I have read about 1000 comics and I actually loved 'Suicide Squad'. On that basis, you would think that Wonder Woman's new role would thrill me. To a certain extent that's true; that's just the surface. As I've said DC is the franchise that invented Wonder Woman. The operative word there being 'invented'. As much as it pains me to say it, she is fictional! Is it really appropriate to use a made up person as an ambassador for an organisation as big as the U.N? There are lots of amazing real women out there who definitely deserved the chance!

Bringing me on to my next point, is having a character as an empowerment ambassador a good thing? If it was a 'wo…

October Favourites!

Hi Guys,

Today I'm going to be doing my monthly favourites! To be honest, the word 'monthly' isn't  really acceptable here because the last time I did my favourites post was in July! Let's not waste any more time and get straight into them!

Legally Blonde: The Musical- Where do I begin? I am obsessed! I am a huge musical theatre fan but this is the musical to beat all musicals! (Even Hamilton which I adore!!) I watched it on Youtube and then had to watch it all again because I loved it so much. Three words: Laura Bell Bundy! She is fantastic as Elle! My favourite character is actually Serena, though, because she reminds me so much of myself!

Scream Queens: I absolutely love this programme! I know that it's meant to be scary but I just find it hilarious! It's a comedy slasher so if you don't like graphic violence it probably isn't for you. I get scared pretty easily but I find Scream Queens really easy to handle. There are zero jump scares and it has th…
