Happiness Tag!

Hi Guys,

Today I'm going to be doing another Tag! I'm not sure if anyone has tagged me but I've seen a couple of people doing it so I thought I would give my answers too...

I normally get stuck in a cycle of reading the same books over and over again! Some of them are really great; a lot are just for the nostalgia. I am currently reading Pride and Prejudice which I'm always happy to pick up because it makes me feel really mature: I never read classics! If I'm just looking for something easy I'll read Malory Towers. It's such a guilty pleasure but I will read all six religiously! I've had them since I was seven and after all this time I will still go back to them- all of their 1940s posh people troubles make me laugh!

Angie Tribecca! If you're not watching it then where have you been! Basically, it's an american 'cop show' parody filled with cheap gags and dumb jokes:what's not to love? I am slightly obsessed with the 'cop show' genre though, so my other favourites include Castle and Hawaii Five-O. Also The Flash, but everybody knows how much I love it!

I am not the kind of person who remembers to put on perfume but I really wish I was. My favourite is Daisy by Mark Jacobs because it smells amazing! I also love the smell of Lush. The fragrance that you get as you walk into the shop is out of this world. I think they were actually selling a perfume of it at Lush Oxford Street which would have been so cool!

If there was a shops section than nothing could have beaten Superdrug. Even if I'm not buying anything it's just so fun to look at! Blogging would have been in a section on its own too!

I tag Geraldine's Wonderful World and Marti Stelling.

I hope you enjoyed. I've got a couple of cool posts in the pipeline so add me to your circles to find out all about them!

Thanks for Reading

A Collection of Failures Through February...

I don't really know if what a clumsy and awkward person I am has been documented enough. Through inference, I feel like it's been made evident. I've mentioned a few of the embarrassing little moments that I've had throughout my monthly's but you are wrong if you think that's it. My life is not just a collection of one off encounters with shame: it's basically a book. A solid 75% of February had been comprised of making a fool of myself, overall. So, here I am, admitting to that fact, and hoping that these stories will make you feel a little bit better about yourself...

The Onion Incident- Okay, I feel like this dramatic title has really pulled you in! Our story begins on a Thursday morning, during half term. I was going to go out to print some photos for my scrap book but my mum asked if I'd go and get her two carrots, an onion and a bag of potatoes. A strangely specific list- I know- but I just accepted it and went off on my journey. I printed my photos…

Why I Hate Rom Coms...

Contrary to what the title would have you believe, romance is my favourite genre of film. I'd say that the first real rom com I watched was 'Pretty Woman' and my obsession had grown since then. However, no matter have much I adore them, I have some issues with the category. Pretty much everyone romance film includes one of these tropes; they wouldn't be a trope if they didn't!

First of all is rain. I have no problem with the weather: light drizzle is actually my favourite weather (I find it really therapeutic to see it bouncing off of an umbrella, okay?!?) but the rain you get in rom coms is next level. It's thunderstorm level of soak, yet nobody seems to have seen the forecast! Surely if that much rain was predicted, one of these people would be wearing a raincoat? It actually doesn't seem to have any kind of effect on the characters, so their lack of preparation isn't an issue. If I'm getting rained on I'm shivery, have stringy curls all over m…
