Hi guys,

I normally don't run with headphones in. I haven't really tried because it never really appealed to me but I do wear headphones to the gym. I was recently flicking through my gym playlist; realised that it was so outdated! It's not that I care about having the newest music, I just want music that I like. I didn't like most of it!

I decided that I was going to make use of my £20 off EE voucher and buy some pretty running headphones! I got a pair of 'Sport Performance Secure Fit Chops Hanger Bud' earphones! I would really recommend them! Anyway, I made a new playlist to go with them so here is a selection:

The A Team- Ed Sheeran
A.D.I.D.A.S - Little Mix
America's Suitehearts- Fall Out Boy
Blank Space- Taylor Swift
Bring Me To Life- Evanescence
Dance Dance- Fall Out Boy
Defying Gravity- Wicked Cast
Don't Stop- 5SOS (I can't believe I like a 5SOS song!)
Fake Your Death- My Chemical Romance
Gypsy- Shakira (Love a good bit of Shakira!)
History- One Direction (Oh my God)
Life On Mars- David Bowie (My favourite Song Ever)
Primadonna- Marina and the Diamonds

I hope you enjoyed having a look at a little bit of my playlist! Please follow my Google +. This is the closest I've ever got to one of my targets and I only need 3 more people! I hope you enjoyed today's post!
Thanks For Reading

November's Essay...

I haven't been feeling very well this month. I took my first day of school- in a few years- on Monday because of how bad it was. Physically, I had a cold. No, I'm not one of those people! (Side note...) It always irritates me when people have a bit of a sniffly nose and then take two weeks off from school. There's just no need! My moto is: have a bit of lemsip and get over it. I'll drag myself into school practically unconscious with a bus stuck in my side and still plaster a smile onto my face. This month, however, I finally admitted there was something wrong.

A day was spent under a blanket with Gossip Girl on. In the end I put 'After Laughter' on and woke up two hours later, confused, wondering why the music had stopped. Even though I felt awful the next day (I always get massive colds!), I went back into school. That day at home did me good though because it was nice to spend some time resting and not being stressed. That's something that I don't do …

A Zillenial on the Eighties...

Now, let's throw it back to the glorious year of 2004. Shrek 2 was hitting our screens, Jeremy Clarckson was hitting Piers Morgan in the face and Maria Julia Mantilla was being crowned 'Miss World' over in China. I, a bit closer to home, was enjoying the early years of life. However, across the sea 'Bowling for Soup' were releasing '1985': a bop that I would only come to appreciate about twelve years later. The song contains references to many pop-culture focal points that I have never understood... until now! It's time for me to explore the eighties!

First off is 'Whitesnake'. For the past few years, I've thought that 'Whitesnake' was one person (a rapper or something? I don't know!) but it turns out that they're a band! The were a British hard rock band who rose to fame in the 80s, originally formed in 1977. Another band that I believed to be a single person was 'Blondie'. My friend recently went to see them, althou…
